Cricket Controllers / Curtis 1227 (36v) and 1225 (24v)

The Cricket Carts use Curtis Controllers which are also used by EZ Go carts. The RX-5 and SX-3 use the Curtis 1227 controller.  The ESV and older SX-3s and SW-3 use the Curtis 1225 controller. 

The 1227 controller will display error codes via the status LED on the unit.  It will flash in series and report two numbers. For instance 3 flashes followed by a pause and then 2 flashes is Code 32.  The 1225 controller does not have a status light and requires a Curtis Code Reader in order to diagnose the codes.
